UK Celebrity Photographer based in London, in free range mode with some bonus celebrity photos, thoughts and ramblings that do not appear at the main site of Famefad.com. A sort of Fame Fad behind the scenes or put in a better way Fame Fad Celebrity Photography gone wrong?
Updates are just like the owner, highly erratic and as and when, if at all? Photo quality is questionable but these are photos that didn't make it too our main website for various technical reasons but may look absolutely fantastic to some people who may even struggle to get shots like these not due to technique but actually getting a spot to get these shots in the first place..
Those technical reasons for non inclusion on our main websites could be blurred or slightly out of focus shots, over exposed, under exposed, foreign objects entering the frame, camera problems, a celebrity pose or expression that is not quite on the mark, celebrity not fully in the frame, bad timing, flash battery death, prominent undesirable objects in the background or foreground such as waste bins or lamp posts, annoying obstructions or a cluttered scene with poor composition. All these shots with cropping or similar can come up quite good in the right hands.
Photos are mainly at celebrity red carpet events or street shots of celebrities that are not quite up to the mark in professional terms. Instead of binning them, photos that are passable and usable in a non professional photographic way with a bit of time consuming tarting up and editing, we put them here. The decent ones obviously go on our main websites (See Sites Page)
All photos featured here are resized scaled down versions of the original and around 490px x 600-800px and are in the jpeg format which allows less editing headway than the negative format of RAW which have not been included here for obvious reasons, or the shots were not done in that format originally. Cameras used can be anything from Mobile Phone (rarely), Bridge Camera (sometimes especially if raining) or DSLR (mostly for quality and print reasons)
Photos from celebrity events or sightings will appear at least a couple of days afterwards, they are in effect archive shots as opposed to current photos for current headlines.
So if you thought that taking photos of stars was a case of buying a decent camera and hitting the button this Tumblr is proof that things don't always go to plan or as expected.
